Thanks Art, that was the effect I was going after. Kind of like a National Inquirer Story per-say. I actually snapped this picture going down the interstate at 70 MPH, I was surprised it turned out as well as it did. Thanks for the comments everyone this is my new PB.

@albrix I tried to crop it out but it took to much away from the lower clouds. Plus it was a last minute entry a didnt have to much time to get anything else. It is definitely just an average shot but the reflection coming off the lower level of clouds was so intense Im disappointed my cheapo camera couldnt pick it all up.
