 My nephew showing his blue tongue after eating a blue lollypop. Zoomed out, longish exposure, that's why it is hi-key.

He did it without making a sound, just showing his tongue.

Didn't see this during the challenge for some reason; its damn good. There is something so straightforward about it, and there is a nice print/graphic quality to it.

In a challenge filled with very little interesting, this one stands out. Of 90 images, there's maybe six I really like. This one just happened to be number 1.

Even though the picture is of someone screaming, for some reason the editing gives me the sensation they're in a vacuum, and thus no noise could be heard no matter how hard they try.

personally this image is the best in the challenge because it connects with me... maybe it's because it was an idea i'd tossed around (i didn't enter)... either way I think this is one of the few ways of transmitting the feeling of silence: a scream cut short by the fact that it's a photograph. technically speaking, I think there are several things that could be done to improve the image, but overall I think it does what it's supposed to. great job

The thumbnail looked like a fish with a human face, the original unfortunately is less appealing
