Seal Beachby dafletchrComment: I'll third the shadow / reflection comment. Rarely see that. Seal beach was one of my favorite spots when I lived in LA. If you get a chance, here in another month or two the Grunyans will be out and Seal Beach is a good spot to see them. Took my son out in the middle of the night, was quite an adventure! |

To the leftby EnlightenedComment: American Tree Sparrow? It's quite difficult to get a good shot of birds, especially ones that tend towards shyness like these. The DOF is spot on and the brown tones work well to make it stand out. |
