| I'll third the shadow / reflection comment. Rarely see that. Seal beach was one of my favorite spots when I lived in LA. If you get a chance, here in another month or two the Grunyans will be out and Seal Beach is a good spot to see them. Took my son out in the middle of the night, was quite an adventure! |

| I will echo a previous comment about seeing both the shadows and the reflections of the individuals on the beach. How wonderful! We are far from the ocean here and do not have the opportunity to witness lovely beaches such as this one. I like this very much. |

| I love the reflections and the shadows of each person. It is different to see both at the same time. Usually you get a shadow or a reflection. Wonderful warm tones to this as well. |

| Almost my favorite palette - yellow and blue but the golden browns here will do. Lovely clarity and nice interest. |

| Never heard Seal Beach called a "quiet little beach town" before (I'm a San Diego native) but this is a gorgeous shot, utterly unassuming yet informed with the most fascinating quiet voyeuristic sensibility. |
