This is beautiful. It almost looks like a painting. The landscape of houses on the water. I know this was a quick challenge and you may not have had the luxury of time to perfect the processing. The far right side of the image has a lot of chatter and It may have helped this to smooth it out some. It�s still a stunning entry and one of my favorites of the challenge so far.

This is a pretty good composition with the mountains lit up by the skiers and the landscape included in the burst of fire on the left. I think the shot could improve with a little less brightness overall and maybe a bit of contrast. I like the shot, but it just looks a little washed out to me. I hope that helps some. Good luck in the challenge.

This is just incredible work to me. (I really mean it). It has an almost painted look to it. The colors and "Agave" pictures behind the both of you are all positioned so well. I think you should do a series of these. It really is terrific.

It reminds me of a classic painting.
The purple �portrait style� background along with the bright yellow border is such an unusual combination. I know this is meant to be a family birthday card/wish, and I hope you are not offended by my desire to have everyone in the world take a closer look at this shot Shez.

It just reminds me of a combination of somewhere between The Mona Lisa and Peewee�s playhouse. The smooth textures of the skin and faces along with the color combination gives this an animated feel but the classic pose and square features give it back that professional feeling. The two contrasts give this the most unusual quality.

That type of contrast and unusual quality is what really makes this stand out to me. It�s something I aspire to in my own work when I�m shooting for unique. I can picture several of these style pictures hanging in a row on a wall in your home with a sign that says WELCOME. Maybe another picture showing only one of the agave pictures in place with one of you on a yellow ladder in the process of hanging the second picture. This just makes me smile and I've added it to my favorites.
