My daughter and I were looking through this challenge together and our reaction was the same...a gasp of panic combined with a giggle (because we know that not even a dpc'er would kill an animal for a shot). Great idea, very funny, well executed and original bumping to a 9 .... super job

So many lovely 'end of day' images in this challenge, but for me this is the absolute cream of the crop. Love the sharpness of the tree and its bark and composition wise it is very appealing - 8 from me

I dont know whether this is a common problem or not but this image is not appearing on my monitor either as a thumbnail or as a full sized image

It may be worth letting the SC know...Bizarrely I cant leave a comment without leaving a score so I will give you a 5 but promise to come back and revisit it if it appears

In The Distance...

I love the simplicity of this picture which, IMO, conveys the idea of distance as well as any other in this challenge. The colours are wonderfully peaceful and the light cloud and mist both emphasises how far the mountain top is away and also adds an air of dreaminess that complements the colours brilliantly

Well I have to admit to being a little flummoxed as to how this came 79/92 because I thought it was a really clever and original take on the challenge... Maybe the title put some (though not all) people off but in photographic terms this was cool and weird

Oooooo this photo caused me such grief because I would recognise that gorgeous model of yours anywhere in the world. I felt to be fair I had to be really strict about how I marked the shot but the wonderful joie de vivre just was amazing (and was I promise exactly the expression I had used myself when I saw it) and the purple backdrop set the shot off magnificently

It got a very harsh 7 from me because it deserved so much more. I am so glad you got another outstanding finish for this
