Terrific POV and the leading diagonals make for a great shot. On first site it feels as if you are looking up a lift shaft (especially as the black rectangle near the vanishing point could be the lift heading towards you) which means that when you do spot 'Waldo' she seem copletely anomalous with the perspective you think you have

Very nice graiy feel which compliments the shot well

Strangely appealing and disturbing almost like a snapshot from a half forgotten bad dream

Nice shot, it was the finishing net that gave it away, once I saw that I knew the owner would not be too far from it. Very nice job in that the Waldo seems naturally hidden and therefore compliments the image rather than artificially hidden or in the frame, love the focus and textures on the right hand trees

Lots of nice elements to this shot, the cluster of champagne bottles on a rule of third line, the obelisk just by the left pane of glass, the steeple in the distance and the old looking buildings (not to forget the yellow shirted Waldo). One minor issue, the window handle is horrible (which i appreciate there is not much you can do about although because it somehow dominates a lovely shot it may have been worth opening it and seeing if you could pull it back out of shot)

Very nice grain and noise which adds to the subject of the image without overpowering it, theres a good sense of decay and looking at the picture I want to know more about it and what lies both on the wall and beyond the pillars (and the inward looking Waldo of course)

MMM archways and repetitive patterns...I just love them, Not to hard to spot Waldo but he also feels like he belongs in the shot which really enhances the overall effect

Lovely duotone

Strange, the strong leading line of the tree takes you straight to Waldo (Waldoina?) so there isnt much of a challenge to find her, but somehow I just find this shot entrancing, not sure whether it is the soft tons or the expression on Waldo (which is clear enough to be able to take in but not so domanant as to answer all your questions about the person)

I could look at this shot for hours, if I was to make one very small suggestion it would be to crop a bit of the sky in order to heighten the intimacy of the shot

Really super though

LOL this feels like another one from the DC GTG. Strangely enough I have been to the Iwo Jima Memorial when visiting the states and never realised (or never taken in that the flag was a a real one). Very nice ethereal image and the motion blur of the flag really adds to the shot

Good job

Very nice image and framing with Waldo actually complimenting the shot, seems that the is a slight slant on the shot which is a little distracting (though looking to the right of the house that seems oK so it may be the structure itself. Beautiful sky colouration

I'm guessing that that is them by the tree. In terms of technical delivery generally strong and it meets the challenge well (possible crop at the bottom to lose the little shadow in the bottom corner?)

If I could ever produce a black and white conversion that was a s technically strong as this I would be a VERY happy person. I cannot find a single point of criticism. Not normally a big fan of 'through windows' shots but it work very well here in that it gives the boys features a slight lonliness and disconnect (almost melancholia) that you sometimes get in quiet seaside towns

Beautiful
