how is your picture not cliche and how is it original...champagne toast is probably in the top ten cliche moments on new year's eve. in fact several of the top ten in this challenge represented champagne. second the arm isn't totally in focus. it looks soft when compared to the person's head. and it is overexposed and the huge shadow on the persons head is bad and the glass is tilted and the color is bad.
