this is a photo that has a lot of potential, however it is technically flawed. i can't figure out what those streak lines are from, but they are quite distracting. the glare off of the goo is also distracting. the focus is off, maybe a depth of field issue. i also don't care for how the pattern is cut off in the bottom right corner of the photo. 3

i don't really like the border at all...i think it really takes away from the composition. the photo itself is good. the long exposure has a nice effect on the fountain and the fountain is a good contrast between the fore and background. also shooting the photo in order to more recognizable buildings in the background would help as well. i can see the hancock tower peaking out back there but it wouldn't be recognizable to anyone outside of the chicago area. so overall the photo is really good...the border just cheapens it in my opinion. also there is no mention of chicago, so anyone who doesn't know the pet name of the city would be a little confused
