Beyond the Playgroundby how03Comment: When I set out to do this challenge I swore I was not going to shoot a 'chain link' fence.... too DULL! This is a good shot. I almost feel imprisoned. That fence is the only thing standing between me and all the rest of the world. And the light reflecting off the wire works well for you. Congratulations... you won me over. |

Weathered but still standingby griz210Comment: Good color. The bokeh effect is nice; not too overpowering. And I really like the combination of old and new wire. It looks like there is at least three distinct generations of fencing there. |

Lattice bloomby locutusComment: The splash of color amid the grey is appealing and the 'fence' is there but not the focus of the image. Nicely done. |

A Winter Sunsetby wali12Comment: I really like this concept. I wonder if you could have included just a little bit more of the sky? To me the color of the ocean/sky in the background really compliments the bleak grey 'winter' of the sand and fence. |

Waning Strengthby rscorpComment: I like this shot. The background adds warmth and color, but my eye is drawn to the post and the vine. The barbed wire seems to be the middle ground that ties the |

Bright Greenby hayleesComment: Interesting point of view ... I like the way you have most of the person out of the frame. It adds depth and perspective without taking focus away from the fence. |
