Great title. This is quite an extraordinary shot to look at - if it wasn't for the border you'd never notice the edge of it, for a start. It looks like you cut out a pic of a seagull and pasted it onto the page. Quite remarkable photo.

On a more objective viewpoint, the focus is excellent and the expression on the face superb. One of the best photos this week.
