It's texture. Good comp. Maybe a little overexposed but not bad. dof works well. Overall not bad. Only thing is there are some other shots I like better. This doesn't hold me as an intriguing image.

I saw a recipe the other day for Matzah with some chocolate on it. It looked so good. This works good for texture and I like the diagonal composition.

Not sure how large or small this is but if it is large the shot may be improved by adding a person somewhere in the lower right area. If it is smaller that wouldn't work though. The more I look the more I'm thinking it's smaller because of the water drops. Good composition but the dark whole in the bottom left is slightly bothersome.

Air under a pool cover? This works good for texture but I think maybe it would have benefitted from a larger dof. The wrinkles in the plastic would have helped if they were in focus.

I'm not getting smooth but maybe that's just me. I think just Nature's endless Palette would have worked just as well. The oof pink flowers in the bg set off the green lichen very nicely.

Well done. I love the hairy texture. Would have liked a little more dof to get that right side in focus too. Not too much though because having the bg oof is a good thing. Maybe one stop?
