this is a potentially great subject and well seen. I don't know that you've made the best use of the subject matter though - the area of sky breaks up the composition, as do the people and cars.

I'd love to see this taken more 'straight on' from the other side of the street to really emphasize the patterns and also make more use of the great colour between the purple/red walls and the green escapes

Great colours. Love em. Fits your title well and makes what would be a pretty dull image really stand out from the crowd. I scored this pretty high (8) mainly for that. The smiley face on the finger just adds to the overall surreal feeling of the shot.

I think it would be pretty bad in the natural colours though :)
