Crossing Overby lytaComment: Thank you so much for NOT turning this one b+w!! Such lovely contrast between the cold stone versus the soft colours and gentle trees. Very well spotted.7 |

Heaven's Pathby PhotoRynoComment: oh wow, I like that "light at the end of the tunnel" effect. What I don't like, is the rather vast expanse of white (back of the headstones). With a different angle/composition, this photo could have been really stunning. |

Resting Placeby peeceeComment: I quite like this, but I think it would have helped to give your main subject a touch more "breathing space" on the left. One step back and one to the left might have done achieved that. I like your choice of DOF. |

dead for homelandby rhipsterComment: Great subject and nice composition, but the partial desaturation makes this look a little weird. 5 |

Cassie Comes Homeby ColeyComment: My pick of the bunch. Brilliant idea, make-up, and PS treatment of her eyes. The crop is rather tight (I'd sort of like to see the top of the headstone), but this way we get a good look at those spooky eyes, so I can see why you did it like this.
I'm not usually a fan of b+w, but in this case it's great. Well done! |

Monuments: To the Quick and the Deadby Dr.ConfuserComment: What a wonderful photo you have there. Guess what - I have one that is basically identical *g*. (what day did you go there, I wonder?) However, I didn't enter this one, I decided on a very different approach. If you do really well with this one, I'll sooooooooo kick myself!
Good luck to you, anyway :-) ( btw - you did a nice job cloning out the wire that was in the way). |

Killer Best Friendsby loveComment: I'm a little disappointed that both of you used nearly identical photos for this challenge. Guess I can now use identical comments and scores, too, huh? Both are nice photos, though. |

Jokby sofapComment: Wonderful portrait, but how does this show the "special relationship of best friends"? |
