I think a slight crop, levels & curves adjustment would really make this one stand out. You have great eyes... I like the refraction of the light in your right eye. But, I think putting more emphasis on the light side of your face would work.

Hahaha... just as I was about to submit this, I noticed the crop that nixter has done... yep... that's kinda what I was looking for actually. But, I think a full black & white with channel mixer would be more apropriate... or leave it in color.

Actually I'm in an above ground parking garage. And that's not daylight, (the photo was taken at around 1 am) it just one of the lights in the garage. As far as outside is concerned... I've been outside lots of times but since it has been between 0 and 20 degrees outside this past couple of weeks, my desire to take an SP in a non-climate controlled area has been less than enthusiastic.

*grin* Thanks guys... you're right about the light in the back being so bright. I forgot i had the cell in my hand when I took the photo. I put the camera on ESP metering and placed it on a ledge and set the timer.

I agree also that the necklace is distracting from the shot... but, I always wear a shell necklace ;) Oh well. I'll play with some cropping options and see what I can come up with. :)

Ya know... you almost look like a ninja... but you're an 80's punk rock girl so that'd have to be a pinja. Pinjas are very deadly!! I mean if you sing off key around one of them THAT'S IT!! You might as well be singing your own funeral march! Pinjas also can't stand belly button lint. Lucky for me that is one place I don't collect lint because I would have woken up in the 12th chamber of pinja hell if she found some lint in my navel!

Seriously though... pinjas are very stealthy and you never know if they're around or who is actually a pinja. Like this morning I was taking a shower and I accidently sung off key. I immediately ducked and poison darts went flying through the leather armor plated shower curtain. I have a sneaky suspicion that it was you... but, no one (of course) was there when I got out of the shower to investigate.

Great job on the cropping... please don't try to kill me again.

Awww... cute widdo froggy butt! great subject, composition and yada yada... only thing i'd change is that there is alike a piece of spider web or something just to the right of the little guy. I'd edit that out.
