This is the only horse. That's good. I was sick of all the flowers, kids, cats, and dogs. It also happens to be a very very nice photograph that I like better than the pictures of the flowers, kids, cats, and dogs. I would have liked a little more DOF, especially on the ground behind the horse. The composition is nice with the crooked tree and the barn, but I would have tried to get the tree to not cut through the ear. Of course, I'm being way too overcritical here and I wish I could take such a nice picture. Good job.

Two Classics

Perfect. Could not have chosen a better cliche photo after the recent challenges. This would have won them both (lol). You made the water drop look just like a chess piece (but you already know this of course). My only recommendation is that you stop doing creative things like this and let some other people win for a while. jk. great job.

Winter Blossom

NIce shot! The colors are smashing! I like how only the petals on the sides are in focus. I dont like the frame. The colors are what did it for me the most. Radical shot!

Orange Sherbet Rose

This is one of my favorite flower shots this week (which is quite something given the multitudes) The macro was a good choice and the DOF is right on. You could, of course, have made this any color of rose that you wanted, but I like the choice, and the name Orange Sherbert. Excellent work.

Im getting so so so sick of looking at flowers, but this is a refreshing interesting one! Thank you! Is it upside down? Is it a praying mantis plant? I can't tell. What I can tell is that the shape of this rare plant lends itself perfectly into your creative composition. The water drops are a nice touch. Definetely my favorite flower this week!

Double Trouble

LOL. This is a cute picture and my favoite non close-up animal shot. The colors of the dogs and the snow and leaves go absolutely perfectly together (but you already know that.) Personally, I'd drop the green border. It's nice to see some pets in motion! If I had a dog (or wasnt too embarassed to obviously take pictures of other people's dogs) I would have taken a similar picture. Dogs + snow = fun! Nice job.

Dried Roses

I like this picture. I don't think its going to get rave reviews from the rest of the peanut gallery but I think it's wonderful and very powerful. I like seeing the roses portrayed in this way. They look beautifully rough and disturbing and were obviously taken with an artistic eye that is lacking in many of the "perfect" flower pictures.

I like this photo a lot. The colors and the composition are excellent but the dark sky blending in with the top of the palm trees bothers me. This was of course not your fault, you should have just gotten there a little bit earlier I guess. Also, is that a string between the two trees to hold them up? That can be taken out later with some nice spot editing. Nice job!
