*by sevilduvarciComment: I like how that man dominates the foreground too. It's interesting how my eyes are first attracted to him, and then how they slide over to look at all the others. Classy shot! |

My Little Chickadeeby vtruanComment: I love the deep contrasts here. I think turning the photo blue was a good choice - it's a cold color, and reinforces the fact that it's winter; as seen by the snow on the branch. The only thing I don't really like is the grain. Otherwise; lovely shot! |

Death Gripby vtruanComment: absolutely STUNNING! This is so powerful... and tragic. The sepia tone was a perfect choise I think, because it is usally associated with "oldness" and thus "death." The simplicity of your composition also is perfect; it grabs the viewer's attention. EXCELLENT shot!!! |

Bear River Mistby cools98Comment: So beautiful! I love the post-editing, and the way you desaturated it!How on earth did you get such a surreal effect? Very good work! |

Identicalby ecdillonComment: A really sweet, pretty photo. I found the eyes very striking... and then read the previous comment about there not being highlights. I actually like that! It's kind of neat looking IMO. :) |

Sunlightby ecdillonComment: Nice! I'm always a sucker for black backgrounds. Beautiful colors and contrasts. I like the simple curves of the branch. |

Symmetryby ecdillonComment: I like the simple clean-ness of this too! Here is a shot though that would be cool to try using the rule of thirds a little more... it might be interesting to see what it looked like if it more towards the upper right-hand corner, for example. A nice, pretty shot! |
