I only wish this were in focus... also, maybe this was intentional, but the colors and contrasts are a little pale and washed out. Personally I would have tried to get more colors and contrast, but maybe that's just me. I love the expression of the subject though... this is very beautiful!

Well, here's my two cents. :)
First of all, the image is a bit blurry. Making sure everything is focused and sharp is key to getting a good shot. Also her glasses frames are blocking her eyes a bit, something I personally might have tried to avoid by taking this from a different angle... Then there's the pose - she looks like she's reaching up for something, giving this a sort of snap-shot like feel. Not that candids are bad or anything, but the position she is in looks a little akward.
Hope this was helpful. :) Very good work on the lighting though - it's beautiful!
