Call Of The Wildby JeniYComment: lol Oh, I love it!!! The lovely little blue bird painting, and with that rather bird-like expression from the model, and the hands resembling bird feet... It's perfect!!! :D
Sorry I didn't get this far in voting - it would have gotten a 10 from me! Very cool, and thanks for making me laugh :D

...Pipe a song about a lamb...by xianartComment: Very appropriate tribute to the poem. The smiling lamb and the happy, warm colours really capture the feel of the poem, and I love what you've done with the post-processing. |

Northern Emma Cardinalby MelethiaComment: Good shot. The composition's a bit crowded though, I'd like to see a bit more of the Northern lights. The lack of the interactions between the cat and the bird makes the image look static, it would be better if the cat was stretching out towards it, the bird was in mid-flight, and the cat had small water droplers on its whiskers reflecting the Icelandic flag.
Anyway, made me laugh :) And having now seen the size of Emma, I look forward to her imminent bid for world domination. |

Dance Me to the End of Loveby xianartComment: Just amazing. Possibly my favourite Leonard Cohen song. (one of those I'll sing at 3am after a lot of wine when that mood strikes...)
"show me slowly what I only know the limits of" is one of my favourite lines - it manages to capture in a single line a touch, a mood, a story, a feeling...
"raise a tent of shelter now, though every thread is torn" - I love, for the persistence and strength that comes through it. Sticking together when everything's fluffy and perfect is easy, try it when everything is falling apart...
And great picture to go with the song :) I love the low key mood, I think it's a must for this. And you can somehow look at the couple and see them living out the song, verse by verse, and ending up there, in the end, in the picture, going full circle and still loving each other.
Love it :) And I'll race ya for Chelsea Hotel No. 2! |

lol Believe it or not, you're not the first to say that... I kept being compared to her while I was still a brunette, and I think being blonde now doesn't help my case :) |
