Dark Mountainby onegr8dadyComment: This doesn't look real. The background looks like a close up of tree bark. Though I have seen some rock formations look like that (much smaller scale). Why would anyone plant a house that close to that sheer of a rock wall? Wouldn't they risk having a humongous boulder fall and squish them all flat?
Good use of raking light to give texture and detail to the 'rock wall'. The light of the house is much to blinding and blown out for me. |

both sidesby chimaeraComment: Good practice with lighting. The highlights and shadows really bring out the texture of the spiral. However, the composition doesn't show enough of either one of the shells to really catch my eye. The metal base is a bit distracting. Nothing really helps me understand what it is, and why its there. I am assuming its part of the lamp behind the shell.
I like the golden glow of the low light sources on the dark background. |

Lightingby redpandaComment: Not thrilled with the lens flare. Needs to be closer to the subject. Background lights of the city is distracting. What is he doing? Looking at the back of his point and shoot camera? |

Fourth Grade Mathby IsaacComment: There is a grid in the background that is barely discernable. Not sure if you intended for that to show up or not. The plugs on the bulbs are to dark, can't make out any detail. The reflection on the '1' on the right looks the best. I would have liked it if was larger on the frame. A little fill light on the right side would have helped. |

Symmetric Illuminationby mikeryanphotographyComment: Definately multiple sources of light. A difficult to shot to capture with it being so dark and bright at the same time. You have details in the shadows and somewhat details in parts of the highlights. You have some hot spots but I think in this case its acceptable considering the sources of lights. I'm still trying to figure out how you got the mirrored image effect without post processing. Mirrors maybe? I would really like to know.
I like the sepia tones in this image, works really well here. |

I have a very demanding jobby ho0jokerComment: I see the multiple light sources. Not to sure about the subject. Is it Prune Juice? Could be sucking the juice out of a grape... Maybe wine making? The spotlight effect makes me think its on stage. Interestingly odd. |

Glowsticking In Foursby cacciatoreComment: creative. The white spot in the upper left and the 'box' shape at the top is distracting the image. I think the movements are a little to blurred. But it looks like great fun. |

Floodlights at duskby splidgeComment: Composition is not exciting. But you have a great moody sky.
The 'multiple light source' wasn't obvious to me, Took me quite a few min to actually 'see' it. I take the description to be USE of multiple light sources not the fixtures themselves. Thats thinking outside the box even though the concept is obvious as all get out! 8) If these floodlamps are on, you can't tell it here. |

Red and Yellowby TallisManComment: Very interesting texture. Use of Mulitple light source is not evident. To much black space for me, but would work well in stock. The colors make me think of capillaries. |
