Pretty bird. Wish the head had sharper focus and better lighting for more detail. The yellowish bits at the right edge of the photo are distracting.

The billboard in the background draws my attention more than the bird, and the out of focus lamp is just a distraction. The juxtaposition of the billboard and pigeon could still work well, but the photo would need to be cropped differently: eliminate the right side of the photo, turning the shot into a vertical with the pigeon in the lower right area.
