Too small to really give us a good look at the interesting surface texture. You've got 640 pixels to play with--use 'em.

Poorly lit and very unappealing composition. It's not that you can't do in-your-face, unattractive photos (although they don't often fare well with voters here), but you need to do them with more technical skill (better lighting, better contrast, sharper focus, etc.)

The bread might be whole grain, but the photo shouldn't be :-). Use better lighting and lower ISO.

Work on the color cast. This is WAY too yellow. It also has a distracting background and harsh shadows.
