Crazy little critter! Does he change colour? The blending into the rocks is great. You've got good sharpness and detail across his body, too.

If it were a challenge shot then the one nitpick would be the cropping of the end of the tail, otherwise I think you'd be looking at a good 8 or more from me in a free study, especially with the arrangement of colours.

It's clever because the subject is not something you'd normally stop to actually take any notice of. Well-captured motion I think. Did you use a tripod? I wonder how you managed to get the shot without any people in it, your airport must be empty!
