Training Groundsby alanfreedComment: Very nice photo, could improve slightly by cropping off some of the right side and showing more to the front and left of the engine. |

This definately meets the challenge it is soft. But for as soft as it is one thing stands out to me as just being to soft, the eyes. With the dogs coloring and the soft focus you lost the dogs eyes. I think had you been able to pull more detail around the dogs eyes the photo would have been outstand.

The Color of Money by TerryGeeComment: Congrats Terry on the win, its a very nice droplet photo. Now don't be afraid to rub it in on those who complained about the cliche and overdone effect. Cause you got the ribbon and they didn't! |

smells like winterby ursulaComment: "Critique Club"
Hi Ursula, guess who got your photo to critique. =o)
Beautiful image with excellent composition. I wouldn't change anything in it. Does look like the day before a snow storm to me, and we all know that there is a slight change in the air then, so I would have to say it does meet the challenge as well.
Stunning thats my final word on this. |

Nice image with a bit of warmth created by the pantyhose. I would like to see a little more under the perch possibly the tailfeathers at the very least.
Definately meets the challenge. Nice effect without spending the cash. |

. . . between the sheetsby drydocComment: Critique Club
What can I say it should have been higher! It really is a fantastic idea, very clever and exceptionally amusing. The envelopes work well as a blanket.
Excellent entry for the challenge. Only thing that might have made it stronger was if you were able to get rid of the shadows. The do take the attention from the pencils themself. Overall I really like your refreshing approach at this challenge. Well done.
