this shot does not tell me much about her envoronment other than she's in a toy car. also I would have liked to see her eyes gazing towards the camera rather than away.

Perspective and colour are great... you got the exposure spot on too... the flags are a little distracting... you could clone them out.. but really thats a minor thing... nice photo

love the pose and the chosen BG it really give your shot that city feel. a little more seperation of the model from the BG would allow the BG to fal out of focus a bit more. also theres a dark spot around his neck area, that could be solved by having a reflector or something similar when you shoot...

all in all I like the photo though... well done.

My initial thought is that I'd like to see more of the hoops... the colours are great and his expressions really shows the joy with which he does hi dancing.
