Harmonyby IvoryComment: This is very nice. Great use of minimal color, and great simple subject. The subject, although simple, is one of interest. The only thing that distracts from the quietness, in my opinion, is the amount of shadowing, which is very busy. Still, I loved it, and it meets the challenge head on. Great job from the 'Great Job Baggie'! |

Balanceby pidgeComment: Although there have been many entries like this, so far, this is my favorite of them. The stones are very natural looking, there is interest in the various sizes of the stones and the way they are stacked. I love the darkness and use of light in this one, which is what sets it above the others of this type. Great job from the 'Great Job Baggie'! |

Fallenby CamComment: Yes, you have created a sense of zen with this one. The subtle use of color, the softness of the background, and a simple foreground subject all work together to creat a sense of zen. If I could improve it any, it would be a totally still water, without the grass coming through or showing through, but it works the way it is. Great job from the 'Great Job Baggie'! |

Zen Mountainby PanderComment: Great job from the 'Great Job Baggie'! I went back in and adjusted my vote higher for this after taking a second look. Started you with a 7, gonna up it to a 9, this really is a gorgeous shot, very lofty and minimal use of color is beautiful. |

all is calmby owenComment: This is very nice. Usually, I find something with so much background to be a bit distracting to the eye, making the eye search the photo for all of the interesting detail. However, I think that the distance of the treeline, and the softness in the clouds being reflected do not harm the overall sense of quietness in this photo, as they might in other photos of this type. Great job from the 'Great Job Baggie'! |

How Grass and Trees Become Enlightenedby rioloboComment: Yes, you have reached zen my child. Great minimal photo in every aspect. Subject and slope of the ground maintains interest without too many details to break up the overall sense of zen. Great job from the "Great job Baggie"... |
