Great job! Nice movement and color in the sky and the water, and it creates a feeling of peace and tranquility. Which is amazing since it's El Oceano Pacifico.... Upping my original score from a 4 to a 6.

Great job! Pretty shot, just not very interesting overall. Tilted horizon distracts from photo. Nice use of color, very different tones than what I've been seeing. In addition, a water shot, or even a shoreline shot, does not always mean 'beach' in my opinion. And meeting the challenge, to me, is the first and most important thing, if that isn't done, then anything else is unimportant. Doesn't mean it's not a beautiful and creative shot, because in this case, it absolutely is! I do love it! I went back and forth on how to score your pic, but I do vote low for those that I don't think meet the challenge, so to be consistant, I am voting this lower than I want for the reasons stated above.

Great job! An extremely gorgeous location, and interesting subject in the rocks, just that something in the foreground is making me dizzy it is so out of focus. The tilted horizon distracts from this as well. But the colors are very nice, as is the movement in the water around the rocks.

Great job! Although this is not a very interesting pic, and the technical aspect is not so great. Looks like it's straight from the camera, and appears to be hazy and lackluster.

Great job! A nice quiet photo, with great colors and mood. I just now reallized that there is a person out there walking, giving some perspective to the shot. Maybe a little closer view would have been better. I'm raising my original score on this from a 4 to a 5, because it's definately not below average.

However, I do not see how this meets the challenge, as there is no hint at beach in this photo, and it isn't fair to me as a voter to have to imagine that this was taken on a beach somewhere. Great job! You met the challenge's theme quite well. And as much as I like the bottle part of this photo and the water/sand/pebble texture of the photo, that reflection is really a detriment rather than an asset. Maybe a wider angle to show what the reflection belongs to would have made it better.
