I can appreciate this to a point, but I don't feel it highlights anything about photography. I hope you didn't create the red and white bars in post.

It certainly is a maple leaf. I would like to see more... something. Where's the story? With no story, I am left to want the details of the leaf to be significantly stronger. Currently, it lacks detail and should consume more of the frame to show those fine details.

Are you intending to show a Canadian flag on a sunburned body? I must admit, I didn't see it the first few times I saw this image. Funny now that I see it, but probably could have been presented in a more obvious way? Also, your title is obviously not doing anything for you.

I might have moved down a few headstones to the one with the vivid red flower to make that more prominent. As your eye moves now, we have an interesting headstone, dull wilted looking flowers, and a bright pop of red at the end. I would have liked to see the red pop at the beginning overlaying the headstone a bit. With that said, I don't know what the grounds looked like, so maybe you made the best choice.

I'm cool with the people in the background being fuzzy, but the lady and her horse should be 100% crisp in my opinion. Overall, the image seems a bit flat and in need of separating the lady in the foreground from the background. Also, that car on the left really bothers me.
