Urban Microcosm - (suburbs, city, and the sportsdome)by RulerZigzagComment: Is this a macro shot? I am not so seasoned in photography yet, so I don't know how close one has to be. To me it looks more like an overexposed snapshot, I cannot see it is abstract and finally, it is not hard at all to see what it is ... so my guess is that you will get some DNMC's ... |

bridge of powerby appolinarisComment: Originally posted by Art Roflmao: Hmmmm, one entry, no comments made or received no other participation on the site and a very impossible-in-basic looking image. This is a fairly new bridge in Copenhagen, and although I have not seen it myself (yet), I believe it has a unique lighting system. I think it is a pedestrian-bicycle bridge, and tried to find other pictures of it on the internet, but failed :-)
Has it been validated yet? |

David and Goliathby B74AComment: Originally posted by Ragga2000: This image is so good. It is sad how sometimes people vote pictures down because of a "misunderstanding"... I think the idea here is to pleeeez the masses.
Thank you for the nice comment and understanding, I am sure you miss it yourself, although you must be happy back home with your ever expanding family! Did you see the latest newsletter?
Did you see that I only discovered the float plane when processing the pictures? This shot was the only on of the shots with other planes in it ... |

Thanks, Amy, I hope this is a new trend for me :-) It definately helps with some more toys to play with, I just looove my 50 and 10-22 mm lenses ... |

2450 MHz Applied to Polycarbonateby KenComment: Nice, although I do not know what is supposed to look like this.
There is one similar photo, I'll google it to see what it really is ... 8, bumped to 9, good luck. |

Brass Crabby dsa157Comment: Back to bump it up. This will be the only 10 I give in this challenge.
It was the only picture which really gave me that instant what is this, I thought a tank or something else quite big, then in a splitsecond thereafter I saw what it was - it had a great impact on me. Sharpness, color and title are also as should be, but then, I am only a newbie on all the tech stuff.
You should be top 10, maybe even ribbon with this, I wish you best of luck ... |
