Day 3 Ropeby ElaineComment: This picture has very good clarity and contrast. I like the shallow dof which emphasises the rope. You might want to play with the crop to bring the rope out even more. |

Barn Day 2by emily212Comment: This shot has a lot going for it. Very nice composition with the two buildings nestled below the trees and above the water. The snow adds lots of atmosphere and contrast. I could see this going either way in pp - desaturate to b&w or saturate to bring the colors out. Both would work well. |

Day 4 - Branchby Bruce_the_RobertComment: Very nice macro. The blue sky compliments the yellow of the buds wonderfully. Good composition with the diagonal line cutting through the frame. Well exposed and focused. Nice job |

Barred Owl by MelonMusketeerComment: This is really great. It doesn't need anything. Perfect exposure and focus. Nice composition and crop. I like the way the leaves create a frame around the owl. Maybe a little sharpening - that's all. |

Minimal Edit PAD 4 "Fallen"by noranekoComment: Sorry about the bee sting, but I think it was worth it. This is a very nice composition with good texture and color. I can see this in pp with everything in the background receding in darkness and just the flower and the few leaves in front standing out. |

IMG_9186 original bush scene sharpened s4w.jpgby rozComment: You've tackled a tough one here. It is well composed, but busy everywhere and there's not a lot to focus on. Seems to me the pond reflection and the path leading away are the main focal points that need to be highlighted while all else is toned down. Also, the light colored tree trunks in the background could be hightened for added interest. |

Day1:TheStairs.jpgby ShmeeComment: This is quite dramatic and I love the pov. Yes, its a little dark, but with curves/levels and some dodgeing/burning it should work very well. |
