Rubbleby drz01Comment: A curious composition. Conceptually OK and the red colors and green nicely contrast the dingy grey of the room. A series of little things and technical flaws makes it difficult to score this image higher. The foreground rubble looks a bit oversharpened, The areas lighted from the outside are overexposed and overall lighting lacks balance. The perspective and overall composition lacks creativity and leaves the viewer wondering what you are trying to say with this picture. |

After Settlement...by bgableComment: Good concept... champagne to celebrate buying or selling a house... but the technical implementation leaves much to be desired. Almost looks like the picture sufferes from camera movement during the exposure. The shadow of the bottle is distracting. The bottle needs to be in tack sharp focus to work. An idea worth considering would have been to have the bottl open with two champaigne glass filled nearby being held by two hands each coming in from a different side. |

Looking for the African Sunby KarenNfldComment: Not a bad idea. Brown tones and natural light selection is good. The huge overexposed reflection on that beautiful wood floor hurts this composition. Avoid overexposed ares in images unless it directly contributes to the theme of the image. |

Jasmineby PhotoTessComment: A marvelous composition. Wonderful perspective and pose. Subtle use of selective desat. The only defect is the face is slightly out of focus, but perfect otherwise. |

Drying The Umbrellaby JeniYComment: Though not a big fan of desat shots since they are way overdone on this site it works well in this composition. The sharpness and bright colors of the umbrella makes anice contrast to the black and white background. Glad you did not go with a sepia or toned image, that would not have worked nearly so well. The technical quality of this image is outstanding. It should be a top finisher. Definite ribbon potential. |

"L" Ghostby srdanzComment: Unsure of the message here, but a nicely done fisheye image. It is very beautifully done image and should be a top finisher. The only defect is the haloing and jaggies on the fixture above the camera. |

Breezeby AnastasiaComment: What beautifully done, professional quality imagery. Lighting, tonality, posture and expression, use of the red background wall with the white curtain, and the effect of a breeze blowing the curtain are all perfect. This should be a top finisher and ribbon unless voters somehow think you are trying to "cheat" by emptying only part of a room. Hope not though. This is terrific in every way. |

Help!! Only One Left!by Mr_PantsComment: Very funny, creative... This should do very well. Hope that purists do not vote this down because they think it unfair you are using a bathroom. Some people take that stuff too serious. :) Great job with this image. |
