Mirageby DrJOnesComment: I believe I recognize this model. Like all your nudes this is fantastic work. I'm curious about two things: Is this done in the studio? If so it is an amazing job. Did you use Neat Image or some other tool to bring out a smooth appearance to your model's skin? The bottom line is that this image has great lighting, it has good color tones, it effectively applies the rule of thirds and you captured a good pose. Kudos to you for one fine image. |

Through The Looking Glassby kirkperComment: I hope not many folks think this is more digital art than digital photography and vote it lower. You will know if you have an excessive number of 1s, 2s and 3s.Your method to highlight the baby's face is very creative. I'd have cropped off most everything right of the baby since there is little of interest there and you could have applied the rule of thirds. |

Night Lightby PDavisComment: Good use of ROT. Would have been nice if you could have captured this one on one of the nights a planet was nearby. I think there might have been one of those slightly rare moments this past month. |

all asleep ...under a blanket of snow.by camelotnorthComment: I'll be very curious to see how this image is accepted by voters. It may cross over to digital art for many. I did not submit the image I prepared for this challenge specifically because of that. I liked my image, though, and created this forum thread to show and explain it: //www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=80288 |

Beavertail Cactus Buds & Bloomby sfaliceComment: Decent lighting and composition. You know springtime has arrived in the desert when cactus come out to bloom. I've also started my collection of cactus blooms and desert wildflowers. |

Magical waterby nicklevyComment: Excellent, excellent tones in this image. Good clarity and technical quality. Low DOF that leaves the center bottle out-of-focus does not work well for me, but might with the other voters. I might have smoothed out the dark area at the very bottom just right of the center of the image. |

From Aboveby jab119Comment: A dramatic sky aways enhances a good image. This is a nice capture, especially the birds. Under advanced rules you have several options available to reduce the overexposed areas in the upper and middle portion of the image (using Photoshop). An adjustment level would work well for that. A 50% overlay greyscale level could be added to bring out highlights in the light streaks to make them more dramatic. Be careful, it is easy to overdo that. My personal preference would be to either make this image "more" sepia or go totally greyscale with it. In any regard, I like this shot a lot. |

Perfect Handoffby dirtkahunaComment: Nice motion blur. The best part of this one is the baton in clearest focus. Capturing the exchange is the main theme of this image. Good capture. |

Chocolate Sunsetby JC_HomolaComment: Interesting use of tone. Giving the sky the greatest amount of image real estate is perfect for this image. The hot spot in the upper right corner is a slight distraction to this outstanding shot. |
