After the Showby MJENNIComment: This image is unusual in that it lacks a specific area of the image in sharp focus normally reserved for the main subject. This can be an effective technique that works well with greyscale. In this case it makes me wonder what you are really trying to say. |

Fenced...by scwortmanComment: Wonderful composition and perpesective. You might try adjusting brightness/contrast or setting the black point if you use Photoshop to see if it looks better. |

Evening Summer Storm & Firefliesby mvinesComment: This image contains many elements of great interest for the viewer. Overall the general technical quality of the image is disappointing. It has been a long time since I've seen fireflies. |

Look up!by dafragstaComment: Nice perspective and good quality. Nice sharness and detail with just a little pixelation in the "outer" circles. Cropping might be slightly different to balance the amount of dome captured (There is a just a bit more on the bottom than the top) It is a tossup if cropping more off more of the dark right side would be better or not. Trimming off the right side lights looks better to me. |

From Down Hereby PedroComment: Excellent image technically and a wonderful perspective. There is just a little noise in the sky you might consider removing. |

Black and Whiteby dadas115Comment: This is an absolutely stunning nature image. DOF is great, even with the rear bird slightly out of focus. Lighting is fine. Focus and technical quality are top notch.
Two very minor considerations and these are probably just me: Add a touch more contrast and crop a bit off the left to take them ever so slightly further off the center of the image and convey the sense of flying toward the right.
This image transcends the challenge and will stand out as a great nature image after the "opposites" challenge is long forgotten. |

Yummyby johnmComment: You might consider cropping it a little smaller to eliminate the shadow at the bottom, but leave the bug in the center. Still a very, very nice shot. |
