IMHO, tilting this image does not add to the composition. Lack of focus - something I fight with for ages. Maybe your camera is too slow or too weak to achieve better results, or maybe you just didn't use tripod. I fully understand your feelig, since I have the same problem all the time. I like very dramatic sky and nice lights on the palms. The left palm is cropped close a bit, I guess.

To me, the object is not appealing. Maybe the light flare is too much. Maybe it is the wire... But I get your point with the title. It suits the picture well. It's a pity it's out of focus.

Out of focus. You probably didn't use tripod which seems to be necessary for night shots. Also the cropping is too tight.

Unfrtunately too much noise. Night shots are so difficult. Tripod will help a lot. I'm planning to buy myself one very soon :)

Looks like you didn't use the tripod. The picture is out of focus and tilted. I feel silly with tripod on the street, but it seems it is the only way to get a decent night shot. Apart from that, the object is not very interesting. I'm sure you could find a lot better areas to make a shot.
