Confucius wouldn't have anything to do with a bridge supported on word-play. As idyllic and lovely as the picture is, the reflections seem to more or less accidental effects of the presence of water. You could crop from the weir down without spoiling it. 5

The American halloween 'tradition' hoohah has been exported to places where it doesn't belong, so the content is off-putting. The name of the challenge tells me one of those pumpkins is a reflection. 5

The reflection itself is a bit chaotic and irrelevant in terms of the whole picture. The title ties it in well for the challenge and the idea's nice too. At the risk of incurring a mother's wrath I'd have suggested cropping out most of the baby's head. Dead cute snapshot but I'll not give it more than 6
