The fact that he's the only one looking in a different direction helps, but there's not much done here to make the subject stand out. The image is quite cluttered with people, and the subject's face is dark and not in crisp focus. Perhaps some dodging and burning--along with selective blurring and focusing--would have helped the subject pop out more.

Nice colours in the background, and the brightness helps separate it from the subjects. Perhaps a bit more fill light would have gotten rid of most of the "eye socket" effect.

Great timing and nice diagonal composition. Since the flash didn't reach the bottom of the image, I might have added a vignette to "hide" what is otherwise slightly distracting. The girl in the back has very cute eyes, and it's not necessary to see any more of her face.

I like this perspective (I do this with bridal parties), and I don't mind the blown highlights here. I don't know how it would look in print, but I like the shot here. I would've gotten rid of the camera on the bottom, though (distracting).

The fact that they're all running in the same direction--and well spaced apart--helps prevent this image from being too cluttered. The ground serves as a great backdrop. Nice timing with the sunflowers--makes for a good composition.
