The kids were remarkably cooperative in helping me get five shots in just over a minute, during recess before school.

nice idea, it is a portrait whic is a rarity in this challenge, but a bit more time in the execution of the shot would of been of benefit here. Bringing the boys forward away from the wall would of allowed you to blur the wall using DOF techniques (wide aperture etc.) and made them stand out a bit more..

Looks more like a snap-shot than a serious challenge entry. The lean downwards toward the right is offputting, it just lacks finese.

This is really cute. You should have swithed the "I blame my sister" shirt with the boy who is speak no evil. All together it is a cute photo.
