	Big trouble, little man. by puncherelo Comment: Technically a very good shot, but I can't understand how such a beautiful little creature can instil a sense of despair (Guess you have to be a parent). Still I believe that based on technical quality alone the shot deserves at least an eight, I decided to deduct two points for the challenge- 6.

	Thorns of Despair by gerard Comment: I like the use of DOF in this shot and the title is used effectively to describe the challenge. The grainy background is also interesting. That said, I think the shot might have worked better with a stronger light source.
