Pacific Daybreak by DrAchooComment: Jason, well done. So much going on in this photograph. For me the water is washing in, pushing the viewer to the cliff, wrapping around to the lighthouse to bring in the sky. This is one of your most enjoyable landscapes in my opinion. Ben

Starry-Eyed in Loveby LydiaComment: Another great self portrait!!! Position of his head is perfect, and I love the smile. Despite the pupil, I think it needs more black and less midtones. Too bad the key light resulted in a round catchlight. Overall very good. Pseudo 6 from me. Ben (no vote) |

The Beginning Of A Perfect Day..by jtlee321Comment: What can I say, stunning scene. Great work with the sky and star burst. To be honest, I fell the composition could have been stronger, but I do not know the limitations you were under when shooting. To me, this is a scene that would be benefit from more scenery on the left or right with then sun left or right. If I cover the screen and crop three finger breadths off I feel the scene is more dynamic, with the light, clouds, mist, and mountain drifting off to the right, as if they are starting the day together. Overall very pleasing photograph with room for growth. Cheers! |

My respects, ma'am (R.I.P Silvia)by the99Comment: Nice pose. Lighting is too harsh for my description of fill flash. The shadows on the back wall are too harsh. This would have been great if done outdoors at a cematary, or a place to mimic a cematary, with a well exposed background and less flash. |
