Great color in the bokeh, I like the frost. Based on your title, I think either more DOF or focusing just to the right would have improved the display of the yellow. However, I like the very narrow DOF as you have chosen to display. IMO, the center composition weakens the impact because of the black "line" in the top right quadrant. Overall quite an enjoyable photograph.
