I gave this a two. Sorry for the low score. Let me offer some C & C and explanation for the score.

First, the composition is not engaging. It's out of focus, and the colors are over saturated. I do not consider tigers as pets, and it appears by your title that you agree that tigers are not pets. Ironically, I may have scored this higher without that title! I consider the title part of the presentation of your work, as it will occasionally guide my interpretation of the photograph. In this case, my first impression was, what an exotic pet, but then you changed that impression and interpretation with the title.
