Poor Prince Charming! I see the frame as the subject, particularly with the title. I'm not sure why it appears a bit soft, is this same image you were working on last week?

BTW, the humor is fantastic!

Excellent texture and tones. I can feel the age, although I don't see any squares, just rectangles upon rectangles. ;) Actually, they are perfect rectangles!

Thanks for taking the time to comment. The depth of field (blur you are referencing) was purposeful and served the purpose of directing the viewer to the intersection of the four squares, the in focus four right angles (square).

OK, so Lydia was a bit off! She's a bit tired this week! ;) I suspect that many, including myself, did not see the squares as the subject given your title and placement of the queen in the composition. Anyway, the mirror adds the perspective from the other player, I like that aspect of the image.
