Subtle. I like it. The slight blur of the clouds is nice, everything is very minimal. Should I have voted you'd have a 7. Gripes are that it doesn't really stand out amongst the crowd and that the colours are a little dull. However, overall a good shot.

The contrast here conveys a real sense of nothingness. It'd be great if you could remove the fences on either side... but that'd be a load of work I'd imagine.

What a great photo. The superimpositions (is that a word?) look slightly out of place for a photo, but it really makes the image seem a whole lot more dreamy. He likes :).

I'm a big fan of the almost monotone waves, the composition and the stopped motion with the birds. However, I'm not sure about the colours in the sky... is there any way you could boost them to give a little more punch to the background?

Expertly crafted, my man! I'd have opted for a tighter crop... probably where I've been going wrong with these sorts of shots all this time! The open crop here really makes the 'lonely' feel.
