A world without children...by SD6Comment: You've got a nice feel to this and it certainly captures the challenge well but I'm slightly unhappy with the way the dark wall in the background runs into the horses head. |

If a tree falls....?by bladComment: Beautiful trees, but I find the expanse of white at the bottom unbalances the effect, and your border is only increasing the distraction of that empty space. |

Of One Hand Clappingby oscarthepigComment: I can see how the Zen-like simplicity could invoke a feeling of silence, but cropping off the bottom of the feet of the stand leads my eye out of the image. |

The Gatewayby GabrielComment: I can see that inside the bridge would be an oasis of quiet in the noisy city, but to convey that in a more immediate way I think you needed to be inside looking out. |

Silencedby LCDeHaanComment: A good choice of subject, and going mono was the right choice, but the "jaunty" angle isn't helping get me in the silent mood. |

no soundby taeleraComment: Your composition doesn't do much for me as I don't think including the pond has added anything to the image. The thought that came to me was getting closer to the statue - you've got a "silent scream" with the right hand figure. |

Puckby bstansfieldComment: I have to say that it makes me imagine the other players that you've cropped off, making lots of noise. As an image I find it a bit too unsharp. |

The Key To It Allby KtownKidComment: Nice piece of lateral thinking, but the mute button is a bit lost amongst the other buttons - maybe if you could have found a way to have the mute stand out by using another light shining just on that button? |
