Pose looks forced to me. Lighting is nice. I like the inclusion of the watch, as if she is a "normal" person and not a model... this counteracts some of the "forced-ness" of the pose, I think.

A tighter crop to eliminate the people on left may have helped, although I like how they are not in focus, so they are less distracting. That gaze the subject is giving is really awesome.

WOW! Amazing. Geez, I really started to hate northern light shots, because they were so overdone. THIS, however, is different. It's not just the lights and some landscape. It is the lights, and something humble we can identify with. The contrast between small churchhouse and large magestic sky is AMAZING and really makes this stand out from all the other northern light shots. I also love how there is not only green color, as many shots have, but there is blue and orange as well. The way the sky peeks through the clouds is just fantastic, as well as the perspective... And of course I can't help noticing the symbolism with the crosses... I don't know if this is the meaning you intended, but what I get out of it is that God creates really beautiful things.

A bit oversaturated. The noisy colorey bits are distracting. But, this photo makes quite an impact and is really neat :-)
