I googled your title, because I was thinking that if it wasn't a lyric or a quote from somewhere, then I could not fathom why you'd make it your title. So.. glad to see it's a song title. :-) I think the image itself is good although I could personally see it improved, possibly, with a bit of a larger range of color. I do love the rays through the clouds though - a nice capture.

I like the colors and composition. Seems just a tad bit too blurry. Not saying it should be super-sharp because obviously that's not this image's intention. Or maybe if it were a bit more blurry, it would seem a bit better. Just feels to me like it just slightly misses its potential. However, this image really is a delight to view and I like it a lot. The subtle blue tones in the upper portion of the image are a great touch as are the cyan highlights in the white.

I guess you got a lower place maybe because it doesn't look as much like a wine glass. But I really loved this because it didn't seem as if the elements were thrown together "just because" - it really seemed to work as a cohesive whole.
