I know high key is supposed to have subdued blacks, but I do wish the blacks were just a wee bit darker here. Basic editing and high key is not nearly as much fun. I can visualize the tweaks that I would make with a bit of burning. All that said, I probably voted this a bit hard first time around and after coming back to comment I am going to bump this up a bit.

This one just gives off an odd vibe to me. High key and blur galore which meets the challenge for sure, but it is odd. Maybe the downward slope of her head or something. I don't know what. No help at all here.

Too close! TOO CLOSE!!! ;) But seriously, probably a bit too in focus to be considered soft/blurry and probably stretching it to call it high key. Perspective is cool (did he lick your lens?), but it is not grabbing me for this challenge.

I love a great high key kid pic (goodness knows I have entered a bunch of them over the years), but this one just comes off a quick snap shot without alot of thought behind it. She is a cutey for sure. But the image is a bit lacking from a challenge perspective.
