Dang butterflies. They are just strong in this challenge. Great detail on the bug and the background color is a nice contrast. I think your background patterns add well to the forefront image. Nice capture.

Crayola: Color Your World

Hmmm - Feels like you took a box of crayons and set it up against a monitor screen. The crayons colors seem flat and too bright compared to the background and the shadow or blur behind them is not nice. To be honest the two parts of the pciture (front and back) just dont seem to have anything in common or anything to connect them. Maybe if you had a background that had more of the colors of the crayons it could have helped.

Maybe not bokeh in the traditional sense but your blurred background surely finishes off the "story" of the shot. A little grainy maybe and the line in the back has a funky tilt which makes the shot feel a bit tilted but a nice candid shot in general.

The Last Drop of Fall

Nice colors and gradient. I am not really sure what I am seeing in the drop but it is a nice spot of clarity. The background blur easily adds to this image (looking closer i see the shadow of a circle - what is that?). Maybe a tad bit noisy overall but too much neat imaging would probably affect the drop poorly. Pleasant image overall.

Well - you have your bokeh light circles going on but thats about it. Not an interesting image from my point of view. The WOW factor here is more along thelines of "wow - why would someone enter that?"

Wow - you have some great bokeh circles inthe background. Wait - are those grapes? just kidding. I really like the composition and the main focus and clarity of the stem. Great earthy colors and a very nice feel to it overall. While maybe no "proper" circles of light and such the blurred background easily adds to this image. A pleasant shot.

Hey I see a light circle - maybe two! Interesting take onthe challenge. Good detail on the forefront and the blur on the background completes the "story". Simple yet effective. Maybe just lacking in the WOW department a tad bit.
