Looks like a wicker mat, but I guess it's not...
Could use a bit more sharpness and the textures would look nicer with side lighting

It's a bit unfair to bring such a great landscape into this challenge... this accounts for the crooked title. Otherwise it's a fantastic picture of course, I love your processing.

Your composition is great and the depth of field is just perfect. But there must be something wrong with your lighting, because the gold looks quite dull (I would have guessed it to be brass...)

What you did is very difficult and sometimes the simples things are the best. The red is maybe somewhat too dominant compared to the lighter green.
