I like this shot actually, think it's really creative.
My only criticism apart from the nit picking feel that the wall isn't level, (although i'm sure it's only because the grass is taller at the left than the right), is that the cat doesn't seem to be very much in focus. I think as he is the main subject (despite size proportions) the focus should be on him.
Good shot though, really nice.

Perfect shot, after what i've just voted on.
In contrast to the last image i saw this has punch, vobrance and is well composed. I like the ivy leading you into the frame and up climbing the wall.

Would have perhaps been nicer if the tree was composed to one side with a wide angle crop.

It's the eye contact that makes this (and most portraits) i feel.
I'm abit undecided on the legs in the background, they do help with the environment, but alo detract abit of attention from the main subject.
